Note to Prospective Talent

Note to Prospective Talent
August 18, 2015 Bradley Rose

Here at MWA, we know what it takes to be successful in the entertainment industry. We want to help you reach your full potential.

If you are interested in pursuing work in film, television, print, theater or spokes modeling, please submit your head-shot and resume to info@mwatalent.com.

Need some tips on how to be the best candidate?

Get headshots.

Headshots are crucial in the entertainment industry because they suggest you’re serious about getting a job and it’s how casting directors identify you. Make sure they represent the best possible version of you. Oh, and don’t forget to smile…CHEESE!

Build your resumé.

Okay, this is common sense for any job. Whether you’re applying to be part of MWA’s fun team or applying to be a dog walker in the Upper West Side, you want a resumé that makes the following powerful statement: I HAVE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND I AM THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS JOB! There are so many opportunities out there. You need to take them and share them with the world, but be honest! The only thing worse than a bland resumé is one full of lies.

Be confident…be you.

Not all of us can be Beyoncé. We get that. If you want to make it in the entertainment industry, work hard and know that you can achieve your dreams. MWA can make them come true but only if you show us the drive and willingness to do so!

Got it? Great! Now email us your  headshots and impressive, yet honest, resumé and get ready for amazing opportunities with MWA.
